人生就是一个禅定的过程。奉献是人生最大的快乐，奉献之后的喜悦是发自内心的，与我们修行达到特殊境界后而产生的那种喜悦相似，是用语言难以形容的，这种喜悦也就是禅定当中的喜悦，是法喜。

Life is a journey of meditation. Dedication is life's greatest happiness, the happiness after dedicating comes from the bottom of the the heart. It is the similar to the joy that we experience after reaching special mental states during cultivation. This kind of joy is the joy of meditation, no words can describe it and is called the joy of dharma.
